About the position The After-Hours Nurse Manager is a key member of the HammondCare Health and Hospitals management team who works within the Mission, Motivation and Mission in Action of HammondCare to provide operational management, clinical professional leadership and supervision after-hours (evenings, nights, weekends and on public holidays). You will be a vital link across the team, you will support and assume the after-hours responsibilities and duties of the overarching operational management to ensure effective patient care and staff management to meet identified needs.
