The Opportunity This is a permanent full-time position where you will be responsible for leading a passionate and dedicated team of staff to deliver HammondCare's model of care with it's Social Club service across Redcliffe , Carindale and Narangba Hammond Care’s Social Clubs provide a social environment where older people can take a break from their home environment, connect with their community and spend a day socialising while being supported by our talented team. The Social Club Manager is responsible for the onboarding, assessment, and ongoing support of clients accessing Social Club programs.
