The Opportunity This is a permanent full-time position where you will be responsible for leading a passionate and dedicated team of staff to deliver HammondCare's model of care with it's Social Club service at Elderwise Social Club in Scone NSW. This is a Monday - Friday 8am-4pm position, Permanent Full time Hammond Care’s Social Clubs provide a social environment where older people can take a break from their home environment, connect with their community and spend a day socialising while being supported by our talented team. We also host excursions for our Guests on a bus on Mondays and Fridays.…
