Design Manager - up to £60,000 per annum - Hertfordshire We are actively looking to recruit a Design Manager to join a thriving Main Contractor based in Hertfordshire. As Design Manager y ou will co-ordinate and assist on pre-construction activities and tender opportunities, across Residential and Commercial projects up to £10m. Key Responsibilities Lead the design process to produce accurate information in line with the agreed specification and cost plan/estimate. Proactively manage the appointment of consultants and ensure that they perform in line with their deed and agreed scope of services. Produce a design programme with the consultants to meet the agreed whole life programme dates. Provide cost effective technical solutions.…
