Responsibilities Lead and define the overall 2D art direction and visual quality bar for the game. Create the right and high-quality 2D game assets (characters, environments, props) that serve as benchmarks for the team. Drive strong " right design" thinking to improve clarity, usability, and player experience. Guide and elevate the team's output through feedback, art direction, and best practices. Use AI and relevant tools to accelerate ideation, iteration, and production. Collaborate closely with product, and engineering to ensure visuals support gameplay and user experience. Establish and refine art pipelines, workflows, and standards to improve efficiency and scalability. Iterate quickly based on feedback, with strong ownership over visual quality and delivery.…
