In der Rolle des Onboarding & Success Managers bist du die entscheidende Instanz für den erfolgreichen Start und die langfristige Begleitung unserer Kunden. Du verantwortest die technische Stabilität ihrer Systemlandschaft über den gesamten Lebenszyklus hinweg. Als zentraler Koordinator jonglierst du souverän zwischen deinen Kunden, dem Revenue Management, Sales und unseren Support Engineers. Deine Arbeitsweise ist geprägt von Fokus und Eigenverantwortung:
