About this role

Harbor is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Associate Consultant with experience in implementing technology solutions to join our team. This role involves hands-on software implementation, client onboarding, issue resolution, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions. You’ll play a key role in bridging technical capabilities with business needs while continuously improving our support and implementation processes. Work Location & Hours: This is a remote/hybrid position in India. For the first 3-6 months, employees will align with USA business hours (9am - 5pm EST).
