About this role

Harbor is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Team Lead with 7-8 years of relevant experience preferably in Legal Technology (e.g., Luminance, Salesforce, Litify, Agiloft, Ironclad, Onit, TeamConnect, iManage, NetDocuments). The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of business process automation tools, platform-based configurable products, and the software development lifecycle. This role requires strong communication and analytical skills to effectively support and implement software solutions while serving as a trusted advisor to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Work Location & Hours: This is a remote/hybrid position in Manila, Philippines. For the first 3-6 months, employees will align with USA business hours (9am - 5pm EST).…
