What You'll Be Doing Job Scope: Generally responsible for supervision and technical direction over the Quality Assurance/Quality Control Team. Coordinates lessons learned, process improvements, and Quality training efforts. Work at this level requires extensive experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control. This work will be performed under minimal supervision. Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Training Teammates on QA/QC regulations and Codes and Standards. Establishing a safe work environment and communicating the Company commitment to safety for teammates, clients and vendors. Planning and organizing the work of the team.
