What You'll Be Doing Job Scope: To prepare and maintain the P6 schedule to accurately reflect current status. Work with the Overhaul Manager to identify potential effects on shutdown duration. Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Prepare P6 schedule using parameters supplied by Overhaul Contractor Manager. Issue the baseline draft schedule by May 1. Review shutdown and start up logic with relevant plant management. Export all relevant activities from planning system. Assist in the conduct of validation meetings to fine tune the schedule in accordance with the Overhaul Charter. Prepare management monitoring graphs to be used during the shutdown. Issue 3-day look ahead to all area managers and craft general foremen.…
