Apogee Services Inc. Position Summary The Credit Account Specialist will promptly and efficiently analyze and collect account balances, which are due within an assigned territory, with the goal of reducing Average Days Receivable ( ADR ) and avoid Bad Debt write-offs while maintaining customer relationships. This individual will also review their assigned accounts, to determine if the orders should be released following the guidelines set by Apogee Manager, Credit. The Credit Account Specialist will assist the Credit Account Supervisor on answering credit reference inquiries, pertaining to his/her assigned accounts, within the guidelines prescribed by the National Association of Credit Management (NACM) .…
