This role partners with Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure resident pricing decisions align with organizational strategies, maximize revenue opportunities, maintain pricing integrity, and support occupancy objectives. Validate base rental rates, care charges, community fees, ancillary services fees, and deposits.
