Responsibilities Assists residents when placing orders from the menu. Provides beverage service, including water, iced tea, juices, milk, and coffee/tea. Refills salt, pepper, and sugar bowls before and after each meal. Reports any broken equipment or tableware to the supervisor. Understands sit-down service and proper serving techniques. Demonstrates a basic understanding of food preparation, including salads, desserts, and other menu items. Maintains knowledge of proper food storage and labeling techniques.
