Conducts interviews, orientation, coaching and ongoing training of Harmony Square team members in accordance with associate training standards and regulatory guidelines. Supervise and direct Harmony Square team members (to include Harmony Square Life Enrichment Assistant, PCA’s/CNA’s) in conjunction with the Healthcare Director.
