Corporate Solicitor (5+ PQE) We are looking for an experienced Corporate Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE to join Harper James. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing client base ranging from ambitious start‑ups and scale‑ups to established national and international businesses operating at the forefront of their sectors. You will join a highly experienced transactional Corporate team within a modern, tech‑enabled law firm, working on a wide variety of corporate matters while benefiting from the support and collaboration of a strong national team.
