About this role
Job Purpose As a Parts Advisor you will provide a consistent outstanding level of customer experience throughout the parts order process online and over the telephone. Professional call handling, efficient interpretation, speedy dispatch and delivery on time every time is a must. Key Responsibilities This role may grow and evolve over time and whilst the key responsibilities for the role are outlined below they are not limited to same. Act as the first point of contact for parts enquiries from customers, suppliers, technicians and trade accounts. Identify and supply the correct vehicle parts and accessories using electronic parts catalogues and manufacturer systems. Prepare and provide quotations for parts and accessories.
