Industrial Appraiser Capitol Appraisal Group - Remote Provide Capitol’s clients with mass appraisal services with defendable values and appraisals while maintaining relationships with appraisal district staff. Responsible for establishing appraisal roll records for industrial properties or other types of properties as needed. Represent Capitol Appraisal at appropriate business and legal functions. May assist in the creation of mass appraisal tables and schedules. Duties: Attend on site inspections of complex properties taking field notes and photographs as appropriate.
