Join our driven Food Buying team as a Buying Assistant, where you'll play a key role in supporting our Ingredients category and helping to shape an exceptional product offering at Harrods. About the Role The role of the Buying Assistant is to provide comprehensive support to the Ingredients Buying team by working closely with the Assistant Buyer and Buyer to drive commercial performance and enhance the customer experience. The Buying Assistant will help to ensure the smooth running of the Buying Office, across both operational models (Restaurants & Production Kitchens). You will also be: Assisting in sourcing and creation of ingredients for both models. Working closely with the culinary teams, food halls and restaurants to meet specific ingredient requirements.…
