About this role
We are currently hiring an Operational Food Safety Technologist to play a key role in safeguarding food safety, quality and operational excellence across Harrods’ restaurants, kitchens and food halls, ensuring our high standards are maintained around the clock. This role follows a 4-on, 4-off shift pattern, with working hours of 6:00pm to 6:00am. About the Role As an Operational Food Safety Technologist, you will act as a champion for food safety, quality, legality and compliance across our food operations. Working closely with operational teams, engineering, hygiene and pest control partners, you will help ensure products are produced to specification, food safety standards are consistently met, and any risks are identified and resolved quickly.…
