Providence, agenzia del gruppo Havas, ricerca per ampliamento dell’organico un/a Junior Helpdesk da inserire in stage per supportare il team nelle attività di assistenza tecnica agli utenti interni. La risorsa affiancherà il team IT occupandosi principalmente di: Configurazione e preparazione dei dispositivi aziendali (iOS e Android); Installazione, aggiornamento e manutenzione di software su sistemi Windows e macOS; Supporto agli utenti nella risoluzione di problematiche hardware e software; Assistenza sull'utilizzo del pacchetto Microsoft Office e degli strumenti aziendali; Gestione delle richieste di assistenza tecnica e supporto operativo quotidiano.…
