About this role
You report to the Senior Vice President of Operations and lead a region of communities. Your direct reports are the Community Managers across your region. Some of your communities also have a dedicated on-site sales team; those teams report through our sales organization, and you partner with them to drive results. You are the first point of accountability for everything that happens in your region.
You work in close partnership with our home office teams, including Revenue, Collections, Marketing, Home Readiness, Capital Projects, Resident Experience, and People Operations. These teams set the standards and build the tools you and your communities rely on.…
