About this role
Haynes and Boone’s Business Transaction Development Program is designed for college graduates interested in transactional law and who seek to gain a comprehensive understanding in that area. Our one to two-year, salaried program gives individuals an opportunity to collaborate with our lawyers to conduct research, prepare documentation, and facilitate the closing of a wide range of transactions. Throughout the program, individuals will engage with a variety of practice groups within the Firm and gain an in-depth understanding of the law. This position is a one to two-year assignment.
