The San Antonio office of Haynes and Boone, LLP is searching for an accomplished and team-oriented Real Estate Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our Commercial Real Estate Practice. The Real Estate Paralegal is responsible for preparing documentation necessary to matters, including real estate purchases and sale closings. This individual reviews amendments, leases, subleases and purchase assignments and must be able to accurately work on items such as title and survey reviews. This employee utilizes superior communication skills to work with lawyers and coordinate with landlords, developers or other real estate personnel.
