About this role
We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Claims Processor to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering a positive experience for our members by accurately assessing and processing health insurance claims while ensuring compliance with fund rules and industry requirements. Working as part of a supportive and collaborative team, you'll manage a variety of claim types, resolve claim-related enquiries, and contribute to the efficient delivery of our claims service.
