About this role
As a Senior Designer, you'll help shape the future of HBF's digital experiences across our products and channels, designing solutions that balance member needs, business objectives and technical feasibility. Working as part of the Experience and Design Chapter, you'll collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, Business Analysts and stakeholders to create user flows, interfaces, prototypes and digital experiences that improve member outcomes. You'll use research, data and customer insights to inform design decisions and help deliver connected experiences across the member journey.
