As a Sister /Charge Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing patient experiences and delivering exceptional clinical and professional leadership to the team. The Sister/Charge Nurse will be supporting and deputising for the Department Manager on supervising daily operations, clinical leadership and management within the Urgent Care Centre; ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and experience.…
