Preferred Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Information Technology with a strong focus on the Supply Chain domain. 5+ years of formal people leadership experience in a technical environment, with a proven track record of managing and developing both leaders and senior individual contributors. Balanced Leader (50/50 Business & Technical): You possess a deep, credible understanding of the SAP Supply Chain ecosystem (EWM, WM) but your core strength is in people leadership, process management, and stakeholder engagement. SAP TM experience a plus.
