About Healthcare Talent is assisting our client in their search for an accomplished Clinical Social Worker for their Orange facility. The ideal candidate will have experience working with the senior population and be well versed in their needs and how best to facilitate comprehensive care. Utilize consultation data and social work experience to plan and coordinate client or patient care and rehabilitation, following through to ensure service efficacy.
