Healthcare Talent is assisting our client in their search for an Intake/Home Care Registered Nurse for their thriving offices in Garden Grove. The RN for Home Care is responsible for the development and implementation of home care services for program participants, including the coordination of all Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and community-based care. This position also works very closely with Enrollment team to pre-screen potential participants and to provide additional community based resources for potential participants who are not eligible or interested in program.…
