As we continue to expand our reach, we are looking for a skilled Account Manager for Contra Costa County to join our team and advocate for our home health and hospice services. At Health Link Home Health and Hospice, your primary responsibility will be to help leverage Health Link's extensive relationships in the community to build and reinforce trust in our home health and hospice programs.
