Health Link Home Health & Hospice San Francisco, CA (HQ-based, with regular travel to branches in San Francisco, the East Bay, and the South Bay) | Full-time | Reports to [CEO/Administrator] $200,000–$250,000 per year, DOE, plus a discretionary annual performance bonus The role For over 20 years, Health Link Home Health & Hospice has served the Bay Area with strong clinical systems and consistent growth. We're hiring a DPCS to own clinical performance across our Bay Area branches — not just administer it. You'll be the senior clinical leader for Home Health: setting agency-wide standards, supervising branch Clinical Managers, and owning quality, compliance, and patient outcomes.
