Job Description: Position Summary The Systems Administrator I will be responsible for administration and support of Windows desktops, laptops, and virtual servers environment at HSL. This will include managing both hardware and software. On a daily basis, the Systems Administrator I will serve as an escalation point for infrastructure/server issues from Helpdesk. Primary Technologies Microsoft Windows Server operating systems, Active Directory, VMWare, Citrix, enterprise storage technologies. Position Responsibilities The installation and administration of Windows based servers as well as a Virtualized environment using VMWare and Citrix.
