Job Objective: The Process Safety Manager leads Harvest's enterprise process safety function, including the OSHA Process Safety Management (PSM) program and EPA Risk Management Program (RMP), while serving as a trusted partner to Operations, Engineering, EHS, Maintenance, Integrity, and project teams. The role provides leadership for the company's process safety engineering team and is responsible for developing practical, risk-based programs, governance, and tools that strengthen process safety performance while reinforcing operational ownership.
