Seetch est une startup qui transforme le statut des chauffeurs VTC en leur proposant un CDI avec couverture sociale complète. Nous nous sommes lancés en mars 2026 et nous ciblons 1 000 chauffeurs cette année. Nous faisons partie du groupe Heetch.
À propos du poste
Tu travailleras directement avec le fondateur, sur tous les sujets qui font tourner la boîte. Ta mission : construire et structurer les processus opérationnels pour scaler jusqu'à 1 000 chauffeurs, et débloquer les sujets au fur et à mesure qu'ils arrivent.
Concrètement, tu touches à tout : ops, recrutement chauffeurs, sales, tech, legal, paie. Là où il y a un sujet à faire avancer, tu es dessus.…
