Drive Data, Systems and Workforce Insights Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking a highly analytical and technically capable P&C Analyst to support and enhance our people systems, workforce reporting capability, and HR data governance framework. This is a specialist role focused on People Analytics, HRIS reporting, data architecture, workforce insights, and system optimisation across Workday, SAP, Power BI and related platforms. You will partner with People & Culture, Finance and operational leaders to transform workforce data into strategic insights that drive business decisions.
