About this role

HVAC/R Service Manager HVAC/R Service Managers oversee daily area operations, lead field teams, and ensure Helios consistently meets customer expectations and service-level agreements (SLAs). This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a strong presence in the field, working directly with technicians and Field Supervisors to support service calls, resolve technical challenges, improve performance, and maintain high standards of service quality and safety.
