S'more about the team We are seeking an Executive Chef to serve as the ultimate culinary authority and Voice of the Customer for our Factor brand (factormeals.ca), a healthy, ready-to-heat meal delivery service. This is a highly strategic role where your primary focus will be on setting culinary standards while partnering with operations leadership (who maintain ownership of daily shift execution, headcount scheduling, and direct supervision).
