Job Description As the HR Advisor you will provide proactive advice, guidance and coaching to influence and support the operations of the Auckland Distribution Centre. The position focuses on ensuring HR strategies, policies, procedures, and practices are in place that are aligned with company needs, add value, and create an engaged group of high performing employees. This position is responsible for the delivery and coordination of all ER matters on site. This role is a 12 month fixed term contract, based in Penrose, Auckland and reporting to the Head of HR Operations. You will...
