About this role

Over de rol: What's in the Box Elke week bezorgen onze chauffeurs verse maaltijdboxen bij duizenden klanten thuis. Als Hub Manager zorg je ervoor dat dit elke dag opnieuw vlekkeloos verloopt. Je bent eindverantwoordelijke en de spil van onze last mile operatie: je stuurt een divers team van teamleiders en chauffeurs aan, bewaakt de performance van de hub en bouwt mee aan de groei van HelloFresh in de Benelux. Dit is een rol met verantwoordelijkheid en zichtbare impact. Je combineert operationeel leiderschap met een scherp oog voor mensen: je motiveert waar je kan, stuurt bij waar het moet en gaat moeilijke gesprekken niet uit de weg.
