Manager, Growth Marketing This is a hybrid position to the NYC HelloFresh Headquarters The Manager, Growth Marketing (Factor US) is a performance marketing generalist who takes full ownership of their channel portfolio — managing execution, optimizing performance, and driving results across whatever they own. Direct mail is the current anchor channel and primary focus of this role; it is learnable on the job with strong agency support and a deep library of internal test learnings. Beyond DM, this role actively supports growth planning and performance management across select emerging channels in our mix.
