About this role
Job Responsibilities:
1. Performance Marketing (Core Focus - 50%)
- Execute and optimize paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) with a focus on converting free users into paid subscribers at efficient CACs.
- Manage ad ops — budgets, targeting, creative testing, and reporting — under guidance from the Director of Growth Marketing.
- Proven track record of managing multi-channel paid campaigns at a scale of $250K+ per month.
2. Lifecycle Marketing (25%)
- Support lifecycle campaigns (email and push) by building segmented flows (free → paid, churn win-back, upsell) and running A/B tests.
- Strong working knowledge of Customer.io http://Customer.io (or similar lifecycle marketing platforms) for building and automating user journeys.…
