About this role

Help AG is looking for a talented and experienced Service Renewals Specialist (UAE National) who will be working in our Service Operations Team and taking care of commercial and administrative tasks related to information security services. The Service Renewals Specialist creates, documents and processes service contract and ensures timely renewal of these contracts. The role works closely with the Business Development team and prepares / provides all information required for contracts closing and renewal. The position is responsible for identifying upselling and cross selling opportunities in existing business contracts. The Service Operations Specialist takes care of the contract assets and keeps information up to date at any time.…
