BCBA Fellowship - Field Work

Our Fellowship position is one of the few that offers paid supervision hours through a structured clinical program. Our BCBA Fellows provide one-on-one care through ABA behavior interventions to teach communication, practice daily living skills, and encourage positive behaviors. Fellows will be eligible to complete unrestricted activities, as defined by the BACB, to help meet requirements to sit for the BCBA exam. Responsibilities Restricted/Direct Activities: Build a positive and trusting relationship with clients through social interaction. Encourage the development of communication, social skills, and problem-solving by guiding clients towards safe and acceptable behaviors.
