Are you ready to help families navigate their journey? This entry-level position is perfect for someone with a compassionate, customer-focused attitude and a drive to make a direct impact. This role is hybrid: teammates will work at our Support Center in King of Prussia, PA two days per week, one week per month (assigned by manager) and work from home/remote other days. Key Responsibilities: Manage the new patient intake phone line to educate prospective clients on services offered by Helping Hands Family. Communicate with clients in the admissions process on status, timelines and any additional information needed.…
