About this role
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES: Unloads merchandise safely and timely from trucks using both manual and power equipment, including forklifts and power jacks. Verifies paperwork regarding accuracy of unit counts as well as proper destination. Visually identifies any damaged freight and reports appropriately in a timely manner. Ensures that the correct amount of product is received and signed for. Enters data into the computer system as an initial step to the receiving process and assists in the receiving of bulk freight. Expedites refrigerated product to proper location. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.…
