KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Business Development & Sales Growth: • Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the university and government sectors. • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within educational institutions and government healthcare departments. • Drive sales growth through direct engagement with procurement teams, academic leaders, department heads, and key decision-makers. • Achieve and exceed annual sales and market share objective • Achieve monthly KPI’s (Key Performance Indicator’s) University & Academic Engagement: • Build strong relationships with universities, dental schools, postgraduate programmes, and training institutions. • Promote adoption of company products and solutions within undergraduate and postgraduate training programmes.…
