Som servicekoordinator blir du en viktig del av vår serviceorganisation. Du tar emot, prioriterar och koordinerar inkommande ärenden via telefon och mejl och arbetar nära våra servicetekniker och arbetsledning. Du följer processen hela vägen, från första kundkontakt och planering till genomfört arbete och fakturering. Här blir du en viktig länk mellan kund och teknik och ser till att rätt saker händer i rätt tid. Rollen passar dig som trivs med många kontaktytor och ett varierat tempo.…
