The Opportunity Primary responsibilities: · Work closely with the matter team to ensure new transactions are set up optimally to meet both external client and legal requirements and internal reporting/billing requirements. · Assistance with opening of new clients/matters and generation of matter numbers. · Monitor the setup of clients/matters to ensure compliance with the regulations and billing/rates requirements, liaising where relevant with the Business Finance, Risk Management and Tax Teams. · Actioning changes to clients and matters as requested by matter teams. · Assistance with the setup of eBilling clients. · Using the information held within the Practice Management system to assist internal clients (lawyers/secretaries) by responding to their enquiries.…
