About this role
What are we looking for?
We’re hiring a Creator Partnerships Lead to build and scale Hercules’ creator distribution. You will own partnerships end-to-end, from sourcing to measurement, and turn creator content into reusable growth assets.
You should be:
- Deal-oriented: strong at outreach, negotiation, and closing.
- Taste-driven: you know which creators will perform and why.
- Process-strong: you can run a high-volume pipeline without chaos.
- Performance-aware: you treat creator spend like a growth channel with clear KPIs.
What will you lead?
- Sponsored creator and influencer program across major and micro channels
- Sourcing + outreach: identify creators, run inbound/outbound, maintain pipeline…
