MISSION OF THE ROLE
Heron Data is building the trust layer for American small business. Every day we read the financial documents behind roughly 25,000 businesses and help lenders underwrite more than 10% of US businesses a year, turning what used to take weeks of manual paperwork into a decision that takes minutes. We're a ~55-person Series A team across New York and London, growing fast, and we're looking for someone early in their career to help keep the whole operation running.
This is the role where you learn how a company actually works. You'll sit at the center of Heron (across finance, people, and office operations) and own the systems, vendors, and day-to-day processes that enable everyone to do their best work.…
